1. Acceptance of terms

By using OmniResume, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What OmniResume is

OmniResume is a free, static, client-side resume and CV builder. It runs entirely in your browser. There is no server that stores your data.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your resume.
• You are responsible for backing up your resume using the JSON export feature if you want a durable copy.
• You will not use OmniResume to create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal documents.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service in ways that harm other users.

4. Data and backups

Your resume is stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use private browsing, your resume may be lost. OmniResume is not responsible for lost resume data. Export a JSON backup regularly if your draft is important.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you enter. OmniResume owns the design, code, templates, illustrations, and written documentation that make up the service. You may not redistribute the templates, illustrations, or source code without permission.

The templates and designs you produce using OmniResume are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes.

6. Availability

OmniResume is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or compatibility with every browser or device. The service may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

7. No warranty

OmniResume is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that using OmniResume will result in job interviews or job offers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniResume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OmniResume to:

• Impersonate another person in a way that is unlawful.
• Fabricate credentials, licenses, or certifications.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property of others.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of OmniResume after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of the OmniResume project owner, without regard to conflict of law principles.
